How CyberVault and the AutoTools interactive preview handle personal data and browser storage.

This policy applies to CyberVault at vault.marseille.one and the ZennoHub interactive preview at autotools.click (together, the Sites). CyberVault is responsible for the personal data described here. For privacy requests, use the contact form on CyberVault and include the email address associated with your account.
We process your email address and authentication session to provide passwordless dashboard access; order, product, payment-status, and invoice records to deliver purchases and provide support; and your name, email address, and message when you contact us. ZennoHub license verification may process the license key, product identifier, verification time, and a device identifier supplied by the installed application to prevent unauthorized sharing and enforce the purchased term.
The installed software derives a device identifier for license binding. CyberVault stores the identifier needed to associate one active license with the permitted device; it does not request your personal files, browser history, credentials, or the content of your automation tasks. The AutoTools preview itself uses fixed sample data and does not run browsers, visit target websites, or receive task CSV files.
We use Supabase for authentication, sessions, and application data; our configured SMTP provider to deliver verification and contact email; Cloudflare to deliver and secure the Sites; and the payment channels offered at checkout, which may include card, cryptocurrency, and PayPal channels. Payment providers receive the data needed to process a transaction. CyberVault does not store card numbers or CVVs. Providers process data under their own notices and may process data outside your country.
Necessary cookies are used for authentication and security. We use Google Analytics only after you opt in through the cookie prompt; before consent, the analytics script is not loaded. If you accept, Google may set analytics cookies and receive usage information such as page activity and device/browser data. You can decline analytics, or reopen the cookie settings on this page to change your choice.
We retain account, order, license, and support data only for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data only to service providers described above, when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, and service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service is completely risk-free.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact us through the CyberVault contact form to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where law or a legitimate need requires it. We may update this policy when our practices change and will publish the revised date here.
