By accessing the CyberVault storefront, browsing our digital goods catalog, placing an order, or downloading any signed asset package, you fully read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase, download, or use any of our products and services.
All Chrome browser extensions, automation scripts, workflow utilities, and design templates sold through our storefront are the exclusive intellectual property of our official development team. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable global software license. Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, cracking, bypassing validation protocols, or republishing, white-labeling, and reselling these assets without explicit written consent.
For products purchased under a Monthly Buyout tier, the licensing term begins immediately upon successful payment and lasts for exactly 30 days. We do not support or utilize any automated or recurring charging mechanisms. If a 30-day term ends, the license will terminate automatically and the software will lock. If you wish to continue using the software, you must manually initiate a new purchase or renew your license from the console.
While we strive to ensure our software products are highly robust and fully compatible, due to frequent API updates by third-party platforms (such as e-commerce websites and browser vendors), we cannot guarantee continuous or error-free operation. In no event shall CyberVault's maximum aggregated liability for any direct or indirect damages exceed the actual amount paid by the user for the corresponding product.
