Due to the non-tangible, reproducible nature of virtual digital downloads (Chrome extensions, scripts, and design templates), refunds are granted within 14 days of purchase only if a core technical defect exists under officially supported system specifications, and our engineering support team is unable to resolve it.
Refund requests cannot be honored in cases of accidental purchases, simple changes of mind, or localized compatibility issues arising from utilizing unsupported, obsolete operating systems or browser environments.
Upon approval and completion of a refund, the corresponding order is cancelled, the signed download link is disabled permanently, and all associated remote verification license keys are immediately blacklisted in our auth registry and purged from your customer dashboard.
